About Me
My professional life has traversed the spectrum of how our minds can work, from the highly rational to the completely intuitive. I was a lawyer for many years but still failed to find full satisfaction. Then I began to reconnect with some of the emotional, intuitive and spiritual experiences I had when I was younger.
This ultimately led to discovery within myself of a capacity for spiritual and shamanic work. Although my development as a shaman has unfolded naturally and intuitively, the techniques and practices I use are common to shaman everywhere.
I call myself a shaman because as far as I know "shaman" is the best word to describe who I am and what I do. Most things I encounter in the world that are considered or labelled shamanistic seem to apply to me and to what I do. I could call myself a healer or an energy healer but neither of these have the flavour that the words shaman and shamanism bring.
I came to shamanism intuitively, as if an old, forgotten knowing was awakened in me. I practice in the same intuitive manner, not following any specific tradition or culture. Instead I allow myself to be guided by the wisdom that is presented in the moment. In this way, each healing session is exquisitely tailored to the needs of the client.
