How long is a session?

A typical session is around an hour. First sessions will usually be longer, perhaps an hour and a half.

How many sessions will I need?

Individual sessions are beneficial in themselves. For those seeking to heal significant trauma, illness or personal issues a series of sessions is recommended.

What does it cost?

Session costs are on a scale from $120 to $85 depending on what you decide you can afford. There is a $40 charge if a session is cancelled less than 24 hous before it is due to begin.

Where are you?

I am on the on the Awhitu Peninsula, 20 minutes from Waiuku, near Auckland. Details provided when you make an appointment. I also work at Directions Healing Center in Mt. Eden, Auckland.
